Suite Participant

  1. Forum participation, joining all events according to the Program, including Forum exhibition, demo zone, workshop sessions, test drive performing and masterclasses.
  2. Forum-portfolio includes the Proceedings, promo material sets, Sponsors and Media-partners adverts.
  3. Refreshments and Lunch.

Suite Contributor

  1. Presentation (about - 20 min).
  2. Publication of presentation abstracts in the Forum proceedings.
  3. Forum participation, joining all events according to the Program, including Forum exhibition, demo zone, workshop sessions, test drive performing and masterclasses.
  4. Forum-portfolio includes the Proceedings, promo material sets, Sponsors and Media-partners adverts.
  5. Refreshments and Lunch.

Attention to Contributors!

Benchmarks of abstracts submitting: from April, the 20-th on or before May, the 12-th.
Abstracts shall include:
- Contributor photography (file format- *.jpg; file size is between 500 Kb and 1 Mb);
- Title of the presentation and abstracts (up to 1500 symbols without spacebars, file format -*.doc);
- Company profile and Contributor short business CV (less than 300 symbols).

Suite Demo zone

The Organizing Committee envisages two options for the Demo zone, (square 2 m2).
The demo zones are active during all Forum events.
Option 1, mobile Booth:
- mobile stretcher and leaflet holder.
Option 2, Demo zone: desk of Company products.
- desk for equipment and AC outlet.
Service charge includes:
- working area: desk, chair, electricity socket (on request);
- informing the Forum participants on the demo zone and its subject matter.

Suite Media- partner

The Organizing Committee has a honor to invite to the partnership mass-media companies, specialized edition resources, etc. active in the mainstream of information modelling technologies:
- Suite Participant;
-Official status of the Media- partner;
-Media-partner Logo will be included in all promotional media: the Forum site, invitation-letters, Proceedings cover pages, advert banners of the Forum;
- portfolio materials set;
- Advertisement page (1/1) within the Proceedings.
